DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS
Initial Deposit is required prior to confirming your cabin. Please submit Initial Deposit using a valid credit card once you have submitted your Registration form. Click Here to submit your payment information.

CANCELLATION POLICY

From Cabin Request until May 1, 2023 (5PM EST): Cancellation will result in a cancellation penalty of $100.00 per person, including 3rd & 4th passengers.

From May 2, 2023 until May 15, 2023 (5PM EST): Cancellation will result in a cancellation penalty of $250.00 per (standard cabins) and $500.00 per person (suites), including 3rd & 4th passengers.

From May 16, 2023 until June 30, 2023 (5PM EST): A 50% cancellation fee of the total per person cost will be assessed for any cancellation including 3rd & 4th passengers.

From July 1, 2023 until July 14, 2023 (5PM EST): A 75% cancellation fee of the total per person cost will be assessed for any cancellation including 3rd and 4th passengers.

From July 15, 2023 until sailing date: There will be no refund or credit of any kind.
*Notice of all cancellations must be made in writing via email. This is the only acceptable method of cancellation. All notices must be sent to nrowan@cccruisefl.com.

Staterooms will be assigned in May (after final payment).
